14–17 November 2026, online, with an optional VIP Day on 18 November.
Do I need to watch live?
No — sessions are available on-demand so you can watch on your own schedule.

Is there a refund policy?
Tickets can be refunded within 21 days of purchase, as long as summit content hasn't been released yet. Once sessions start releasing on 14 November 2026, refunds are no longer available, regardless of when you purchased. To request a refund, email hello@smbcsummit.com with your name, email, and proof of purchase. Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days. Can't make it? Your ticket can be transferred to someone else at no charge, just email us before 7 November 2026. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
